We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items returned within 14 days from the date of purchase in saleable condition (please review TERMS & CONDITIONS for further details on this) will be fully refunded. Items returned within 14 days from the date of payment for exchange will be followed up with a delivery of the replacement/exchange item.
Please note that items should be returned unused, and with all designer garment tags and labels still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Follow the following step-by-step guide in order to return or exchange your item:
- Send an email to email@example.com with the order number reference given at the time of purchase, your name and the reason for which you want to return your order or information of the product you would like to exchange it for.
- Return the item by sending in the original packaging in which you received your order.

Please note that shipping costs (whether from Italy or Abroad= for items returned by the customer for either refund or exchange is a charge that must be covered by the customer
Once we have received your package and have confirmed that your items have been returned in a fully unused and saleable condition, we will notify you of the acceptance of your return for refund or exchange item within 15 days of receipt of your package. In the case of returns for refund, luxlet.com will refund the money paid for the item to the customer following communication of this acceptance. Luxlet.com reserves the right not to accept returns communicated or returned after 14 days from the purchase date, or damaged items and items returned in a condition in which they were not sent.
Please note that the refund depends on the chosen method of payment at the time of the purchase:
- Credit card: it will be done a chargeback of the amount paid on the same credit card used to complete the order
- Money transfer or COD: the customer will be asked to provide the bank references to credit him the amount paid for the order.
